Experience: --- 24 months of role experience is required. --- 36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience is required. --- Experience with Cerner is required. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a California license in hand at the time of application. --- This role may require floating to additional units and locations --- Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role. --- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Nights/Mids (7p-7a, 1-1, 3-3), EOW THIS POSITION HAS ZERO HANDS ON PT CARE Can be working with hospitals from all over" Experience or 'Must have' skills "MUST have a minimum of 2 years of ICU, ED, or transfer center experience. MUST have acute care experience. Will take first time travelers. MUST have critical care assessment skills, good clinical judgement, be able to follow algorithms MUST have Cerner or EPIC experience Any area specific experience required? ICU, ED, or transfer center Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) "Need to be available to be scheduled any day of the week- Weekend Requirements Every other weekends Holiday Requirements Must be able to work holidays if there is a need Floating None Scrub Color/Dress Code "Scrubs-any color as long as clean and professional Casual- Can wear: jeans- no rips, tears or holes, hoodies- if clean and no large writing" Additional Notes "RTO needs to be very limited to none- rarely can accommodate 1 reference from last 36 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) Proof of identification required Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
