What you'll achieve
- Identify unmet customer needs and translate them into
innovative, customer-centric product solutions.
- Prioritize and validate the most promising hypotheses to test,
knowing when to pivot or double down based on results.
- Inspire the organization with a bold and ambitious long-term
product vision that bridges future possibilities with near-term
customer needs.
- Drive high-impact, strategic initiatives from conception to
launch through cross-functional partnership.
- Make tough prioritization decisions balancing customer,
business, and technical considerations.
- Develop thought-provoking perspectives on how AI/ML and
emerging technologies can enhance Asana's offerings.
- Explore unconventional ideas and challenge assumptions to help
unlock new product frontiers.

exceptional communication and storytelling abilities. About you
- 10+ years of product management experience, including driving
strategic, high-impact initiatives.
- Proven entrepreneurial skills with a blend of vision,
execution, and grit to traverse ambiguous problem spaces and cut
through complexity.
- Exceptional at breaking down ambiguous problems and driving
towards clarity using structured thinking.
- Excellent customer empathy. Ability to deeply understand user
needs as well as intuitively guide solutions towards highly usable,
adoptable experiences. You love spending time with customers and
iterating on product solutions with them.
- Passionate about the future of AI/ML and loves consuming the
latest research and trends.
- Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities to inspire
stakeholders. Concise clear guidance (verbal and written) is a
strength of yours.
- Track record of earning trust and buy-in while partnering
across functions and groups.
- Comfortable making tough tradeoffs and prioritization decisions
in a dynamic environment. At Asana, we're committed to building
teams that include a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and
skills, as this is critical to helping us achieve our mission. If
