We are seeking a highly motivated HR Talent and Development Project Manager to help build and implement a cutting-edge corporate commercial attraction and retention program. In this role, you will support key HR initiatives that enhance talent recruitment, development, and retention for our fast-growing commercial teams, positioning the business as a top training employer in the industry.   • Design and rollout of a corporate commercial talent attraction and retention strategy, helping the company stay competitive in hiring and retaining top talent.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful implementation and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring milestones are met and reporting on progress to senior HR and business leaders.Learning & Development
  • Develop robust onboarding, training, and development programs to help new hires in commercial roles hit the ground running.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs, coordinate leadership development initiatives, and offer upskilling opportunities to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Track participation and outcomes of learning programs, ensuring continuous improvement.Employee Retention & Engagement
  • Support the creation of employee engagement and retention initiatives, including mentorship programs, recognition systems, and career development plans.
  • Monitor employee turnover data and feedback, proactively identifying opportunities to improve retention, especially within key commercial functions.
  • Partner with HR leadership to implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between HR, commercial teams, and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on talent-related projects.
  • Reporting directly with the Chief HR Officer to organize and facilitate project meetings, gather stakeholder feedback, and manage updates on talent development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present project reports, presentations, and documentation to key functional stakeholders.Miscellaneous
  • Support employer branding initiatives that highlight the company's unique value proposition and opportunities for fast-tracked career growth.Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR project management, talent development, or recruitment (internship experience is also considered).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, ability to gather and interpret data, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HR or project management tools.Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting HR projects in a corporate or commercial environment.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention best practices.
  • Experience with HR data analytics to assess and improve program performance.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
