many hats and often lend a hand in hiring other departments. This
Technical Recruiting role will also be responsible for helping
Airbyte hire its GTM market team.What You'll Do
- Source and engage with top-tier talent across technical and
non-technical roles using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards,
networking events, and other innovative sourcing methods.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to
deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term
goals.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills,
qualifications, and alignment with company culture.
- Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing a compelling
brand story to attract high-quality talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse, ensuring a
seamless and transparent hiring pipeline.
- Provide actionable insights by compiling and analyzing hiring
metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing creative
solutions.
- Participate in regular hiring team syncs to share pipeline
updates, insights, and candidate progress.
- Play a crucial role within a fast-paced environment while
working to coordinate and manage onsite, phone, and virtual
candidate interviews with systems like ModernLoop.What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting predominantly
with go-to-market roles.
- 1+ year in technical sourcing is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in scheduling or managing schedules.
- You're a proactive self-starter who navigates ambiguity with
ease.
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, both
technically and culturally.
- Proven success in building trusted relationships with hiring
teams, acting as a strategic partner in the recruitment
process.
- Experience contributing to recruiting projects or initiatives
that have driven impactful results.
- Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced,
dynamic environments effectively.
- A proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in solving
complex hiring challenges.
- This is a 6 month contract position with the possibility of
extension or conversion. $45-$65/ hour.We ProvideThe benefits
