Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Servicing Technology to analyze
and document business needs and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct interviews to gather user requirements and track day-to-day
requests
Create process models, specifications, and diagrams for developers
and project teams
Act as a support resource for project teams to ensure integration
between business processes and technology
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or
equivalent experience
Minimum of 6+ years of industry or relevant experience, with at
least 1+ years in a Senior Associate role
Demonstrated analytical skills applicable to systems and
processes
High degree of professionalism
Ability to work collaboratively as a team player
